For one of our product teams at camLine Solutions, our subsidiary in Iasi / Romania, we are looking for a motivated Support/Application Engineer(f/m/d). We are working only with a full-time employment contract(no SRL/PFA). The goal of this role is to support customers to use camLines products at the best and in most efficient way.
About our product
SPACE is a statistical analysis tool, that measures real-time data from clients in semi-conductors areas; From the technical point of view, 3 layers of architecture with a database application server and client; You can find more here.
Your tasks
- Working on technical support from customers (meetings, collecting feedback etc.)
- Getting requests from clients for our e-mail tickets system
- Trying to reproduce the issue from the client to the local system
- Interacting with the internal engineering team in order to discuss findings and feedback from customer
- You need to adapt to every type of client in order to identify their problems regarding our product and to try to come up with an action plan
- You will work in a global team, so must be open to understanding to different perspectives in different situations
- During the probation period, you will have training for our product, architecture overview, learning and coaching on the job;
Your professional qualifications
- Studies in computer science/Faculty of Automatics and Computers or comparable academic experience
- Basic Oracle knowledge
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Number of years of experience: minimum 3 years but we are flexible, depending on your practical knowledge (proven by your previous work experience)
- Very good command of oral and written English
- Reliability, communication skills, and teamwork
- High level of self-organization
- Socially, open-minded personality in order to talk constantly to different types of clients
- Planning/action plan person
Nice to have qualifications
- Basic Java knowledge
- Basic scripting/bash/Windows skills
