Process Engineer (m/f/d) – Start Date: January 2027 and later

As a Process Engineer, you are at the heart of the semiconductor manufacturing process. With deep technical knowhow you will use data driven analytics and systematic problem-solving skills to establish, run and continuously improve the core manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities
1. Designing and executing experiments, interpreting and extracting insightful results from complex data sets to optimize the manufacturing process and achieve precision control at atomic levels.
2. Applying statistical process control methods to establish and sustain a robust manufacturing process.
3. Qualifying and sustaining manufacturing process to expand capacity with speed and quality.
4. Collaborating effectively with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identify technology gaps and deficiencies; devise, evaluate and qualify mitigation and continuous improvement solutions.
5. Driving continuous improvements on process stability and capability, quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety.
6. Scheduled evening shifts, weekend on-duty, and on-call in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment are required for business needs.

Job Qualifications
1. Legally eligible to work in Germany.
2. Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan for one year.
3. Degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or a related technical field.
4. Fluent in English with good command of German.
5. Skills in numerical analysis, statistics, optics, chemistry, or physics.
6. Flexible, open mind-set to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and design is a plus.
9. Willing to work in a clean room environment.
