Your Role
This role aims to ensure the Infineon’s in-house SPICE simulator’s accuracy, reliability, and support for emerging technologies, ultimately shaping its future capabilities.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Take responsibility: Implementation of new features and models to expand the SPICE simulator’s capabilities and support emerging technologies
- Shape the future: Benchmarking and validation of the SPICE simulator against industry-standard benchmarks for reference designs to ensure its accuracy and reliability
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Study field: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge: Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, circuit analysis, and simulation techniques
- Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB
- Experience: Experience with SPICE simulators or other circuit simulation tools (is a plus)
- Way of working: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Language skills: Fluent in English. German is a plus

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
