About the Internship

The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.

The CEO Office in Luxembourg is the centrepiece of the Management Company. It coordinates all local and overreaching projects, collects and processes diverse information and presents them to the management of the Management Company. During your internship, you are going to be introduced to the diverse aspects of asset management and you will be supporting the team in many diverse tasks. Your focus will be on administrative and coordinative tasks focusing on projects, regulatory changes, audits and meetings.

 

As our CEO DWS Intern you will:

·         Support the CEO Office in their daily business for the top management

·         Actively assist the coordination of external and internal audits as well as the follow-up findings

·         Be responsible for the presentation and the post processing of project meetings

·         Create Senior Management presentations

·         Support process of responding to requests from the Regulatory Authority (CSSF)

·         Assist the Corporate Secretariat in the preparation of Board of Directors meetings of the investment funds

·         Support process of responding to investors’ complaints

·         Coordinate the execution of internal and external documents as well as maintenance of the internal Authorized Signatories list

 

 

We’re looking for:

·         Student in the field of economics or legal

·         Excellent MS-Office skills

·         Very good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

·         Ability to work independently as well as to work in a team

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Very good German and English language skills

·         You are enrolled in your penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between your Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.

·         You need to be available for 6 months as of 15 January 2026

 

Successful candidates are asked to submit a current criminal record extract.
