- CRM Data Management: Support data cleansing, data entry, regional CRM system rollouts, and user story review sessions.
- Training & AI Integration: Design training materials and presentations for cross-functional teams. Support digital transformation by compiling guidelines for integrating AI tools into daily workflows, while coordinating training logistics and feedback.
- Corporate Culture & Internal Comms: Plan and execute internal company events, team-building activities, and talent recognition programs. Craft engaging communications promoting corporate values and analyze employee survey feedback to shape culture strategies.
