Job Description:
- Hardware & software setup: You will set up hardware and software for a memory characterization bench
- Program development: You will drive the creation of a characterization program for non-volatile memories
- Device testing: You perform measurements of non-volatile memory devices
- Performance analysis: You will be responsible for systematic studies of the performance and interactions of the read and write operations
- Statistical analysis: You will ensure the development of analysis routines for evaluation of characterization results
Your Profile:
- Study field: You are currently studying electrical engineering, information or communication technology or similar
- Skills: You possess good programming skills (Python, etc.)
- Experience: You are able to demonstrate knowledge in the field of electrical measurements and measurement automation
- Expertise: You bring expertise in mixed-signal design and characterization of semiconductor devices
- Interests: You already gained knowledge about memory devices
- Language skills: You are able to communicate in English fluently
