Job Description:

  • Focus on the future: You will support and develop the standard cell library provisioning flow for latest semiconductor technologies
  • Reliable work: You will work closely with our team to resolve issues and collaborating on solutions
  • Efficiency improvement: You will provide automation support helping us streamlining our workflows
  • Keep the overview: You will also perform documentation helping us to share best practices and knowledge
  • Teamwork is dreamwork: You will assist team members with their daily tasks and projects, contributing to the achievement of project goals and deadlines

Your Profile:

  • Study field: You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or similar
  • Knowledge: You ideally have heard about standard cells libraries methodology and data formats, liberty format knowledge is a plus
  • Experience: You have experience with transistor-level SPICE simulation and first touched statistical variation simulation
  • Skills:
    • You possess proficiency in programming languages such as Perl, Python and ideally
    • You have first experience in RTL coding (VHDL/Verilog) and are familiar with Synopsys/Cadence tools
  • Personality: You are equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to effectively analyze technical problems and find creative solutions
  • Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
