Working Student UX (m/f/d)
Purpose of the Role:
• You will join a multi-national team of designers and developers working in our UX Team
• Your responsibilities will focus on the development of a design system to streamline the UI/UX process and promote consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms
• You will work closely together with visual designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs align with established guidelines and user research findings.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop graphic elements and components for the design system used in software products
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution and maintenance of the design system to support scalability and consistency
• Document design decisions and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and design systems
Role Requirements:
• You are currently an enrolled student in the field of Game Design, XR Design or similar
• You have a keen interest in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, and Computer Science
• Basic knowledge in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with design principles, experience in building or contributing to design systems is a plus
• Communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a plus
