Spanish Work Exchange Programme

„Spanish Work Exchange Porgramme“, also called „s-w-e-p“, is a company, which organises work palcements in the hotel industry in Spain, Costa Rica, Malta and the Greek Islands since 2007. We are located on the Canary Island Tenerife. Founder and Manager of s-w-e-p is Ms Conny Lassen, who is also the placement tutor for our interns.

Ms Lassen was working in several hotels on the Canary Islands and realised that there was a high demand for internship positions. That is why she decided to support these students and to help them finding an internship to gain experiences in the hotel industry abroad.

As we keep close contact to more than 200 partner hotels, we are in the position to offer a convenient and quick solution to find a suitable hotel internship for each of our applicants. We organise every year 300 trainees at our partner hotels. All our trainees receive free accomodation and board as well as a monthly pocket money. We take care of the pre-selection of the intern, correspondence and complete organisation of the placement for both the intern and the hotel.
