Job Description
As a working student, you will support our software development and migration by developing and maintaining existing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Keep up to date: You develop and maintain software applications using Python and low-code platforms
Take responsibility: You migrate existing solutions to new platforms
Reliable work: You participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code delivery
Shape the future: You assist in the development of new features and functionalities
Your Profile
Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or similar
Skills: You have good programming skills in Python, ideally with experience in software development and migration
Experience: You ideally already gained experiences withVersion control systems such as Git
Computer vision packages like OpenCV
Database management systems, specifically with SQL for Denodo and Oracle
Way of working: You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Personality: You are open-minded, motivated and appreciate working in a team
Availability: You want to support us for at least 12h per week
Language skills: You have good German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
