DMOS GmbH

Die DMOS GmbH ist ein Design Center zur Entwicklung von anwendungsspezifischen Mixed-Signal-Schaltkreisen für Hochvolt-Applikationen, die in der Automobilindustrie sowie in der Gebäude- und Industrieautomatisierung eingesetzt werden. Seit 2008 verfügt die DMOS GmbH über exzellente Entwicklungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen in einem eigenen Entwicklungs- und Bürogebäude in der Nähe des Dresdener Hauptbahnhofes.
DMOS ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Elmos Semiconductor AG./

The design center DMOS GmbH in Dresden develops customer specific mixed signal integrated circuits for smart power applications, mainly used in the automotive industry. Our ASICs and ASSPs are also used in smart home appliances or the “industry 4.0”. Since 2008 the DMOS GmbH owns a new building, with excellent work and development conditions close to Dresden Main Station.
The DMOS GmbH is a subsidiary of the Elmos Semiconductor AG.
