Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV) set up the automotive business in Vietnam in 1995 with the core business of assembling and selling passenger cars. During 24 years of operation, Mercedes-Benz has continuously contributed to the growth of the Vietnamese automobile market and became a major part of the countries auto-DNA. The Stuttgart-based brand is now assembling four mainstream products in Vietnam, including the C-Class, the E-Class, the S-Class and the GLC. Currently MBV has the largest network in the premium segment with 15 outlets nationwide, and keeps expanding. In 2018 the “Three-pointed star” reached a sales volume of nearly 6.300 units, setting a record for the Vietnamese luxury car market.
